Friends of the Hastings Youth Council is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Hastings Village receives funds for their Youth Advocate Program from New York State OASAS (Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services) and from private donations.
